Late 20th century Probably Isfahan, Iran. Signed in the border on an Iranian flag (Qamar Damand) with a butterfly motif.
Silk on silk, extremely fine hand-knotting with a knot density of approx. 1 million per square meter. Pastel coloration in predominantly red, blue, green and ivory tones. Approx. 113 x 81 cm.
