Large 5-flame candlestick in the shape of a stele
Alabaster with brass mounting. Height: 54 cm. 6 kg.
Shape model similar to the three candlesticks for the Meissen porcelain manufactory "Die Heiligen drei Könige" from 1903.
* Kleinhempel, architect, painter, designer, applied artist, studied at the Dresden School of Arts and Crafts, 1906-1912 lecturer at the same school, 1910 professor, 1912-1934 director of the Bremen School of Arts and Crafts, member of the Deutscher Werkbund, worked in almost all areas of applied art, received several awards at international exhibitions.
