Empire bronze pendulum with female antique figure and dog.
France. Circa 1820/30.
Unmarked movement with half-hour strike on bell. Functional in short time test. Bronze dial with Roman numerals and Breguet hands, finely chased in the center with a large rosette, wide floral bezel.
Bronze, matt and bright gold-plated. 44 x 34 x 14 cm.
Standing female antique figure with a rose in her hand (probably representing an allegory), at her feet a jumping dog, next to her a basket of flowers and a round column with an amphora vase, on a stepped base with vegetal friezes. Slight signs of age and wear, repairs, replaced clock face.
With key and pendulum with thread suspension.
