Walnut veneered, partly solid, marquetry additionally with plum and maple. 20 x 33 x 28 cm.
Oblique desk box on pressed ball feet, all sides sham-cassetted with shaded stars and pyramids, respectively, and hinged lid with attached cushion. Inside engraved, partly blued hinge bands and hatchet made of walnut and lined with flowered paper. Original lock. Minimal signs of age / use.
