Thereby investigation report by Univ. Prof. Dipl. Ing. Dr. Manfred Schreiner, Vienna 2018. A cleaning is necessary, partial craquelé, back centered a small patch.
Marquet, landscape, genre, portrait and still life painter, watercolorist. Studied at the Ecole des arts décoratifs and at the Ecole des Beaux Arts in Paris. Pupil of Gustave Moreau. Then at the Académie Ranson with Eugéne Carriére and Paul Sérusier. 1899 Salon debut. Since 1900 regularly represented at numerous exhibitions. Traveled Europe and North Africa.
