Condy, painter, draftsman, engraver, father of Nicholas Matthew. His landscapes are sometimes confused with those of his son. After a short military career turn to painting. His first painting survives from 1818. Represented at exhibitions of the Royal Academy and the British Institution * Partner auction miner.
