Sceptre mark, early 19th century
Polychrome painted, decorated in gold. Cup (h 13.5 cm), completed saucer (Ø 17 cm).
Cylindrical cup with crater rim, three paw feet and rosette handle. On the front a rectangular cartouche with a gold, etched frame containing a finely painted portrait of a gentleman, on the gold frame the etched initials "WF", verso and inside gold fond.
