Relief mark GS 4, ca. 1890-1910. model no. 486 3 M. Design: c. 1895/1896.
Light body, bronze matt glaze in shades of brown, decorated with color and gold. H 36 cm.
Male bust of a dark-skinned man in splendid robes looking to the left, on a round wooden base with square plinth. Figure after William Shakespeare's "Othello" ("The Tragedy of Othello. The Moore of Venice") from ca. 1603. Partial glaze flaking and minor rubbing.
