Mahogany, solid and stained mahogany, interior compartment veneered with light burl wood. Approx. 190 x 89.5 x 41.5 cm.
Elegant decorative furniture, probably from a ladies' salon of the Belle Époque. Rounded mirror top with a small, central shelf and a large glass insert in the arched field. Rectangular body with a strutted glazed central door, open side compartments with rounded shelves and an open lower compartment. Profiled edges, notched edges and floral carving, segmented railings and decorative strips, faceted mirror glass and faceted glass elements with dividing brass struts. Brass keyhole fitting typical of the style with ring handle, 2 inserts inside.
